With its expected release later this year, Kia is looking to expand on their hybrid and electric vehicle lineup with the 2018 Niro Plug-In Hybrid. Rethink how you Refuel
With its two different ways of charging, the 2018 Kia Niro Plug-In Hybrid allows you to use either a Level 2 charger to fully charge in approximately two and a half hours, or with a Level 1 charger to charge overnight while you’re recharging yourself. The availability to go fully-electric on demand gives you a larger driving range than ever before while keeping the same great performance and versatility that you’ve come to know and expect from Kia Niro models.
Zero Compromise
Being engineered as an electric and hybrid vehicle, some people might think that the 2018 Kia Niro Plug-In would surely have had to compromise on some of its performance and versatility. We’re here to tell you that the Niro Plug-In still has all of the capabilities and versatility of a crossover to go along with the dynamic performance that your family will need during those trips up to the lake or over to the beach. The 2018 Niro Plug-In is also able to provide a very generous amount of cargo space so you’ll never have to worry about bothering your friends to borrow their pickup truck or trailer to haul larger cargo. A hidden compartment straight out of the Millennium Falcon in the rear cargo area features a 120v charging cable so you can stay fully charged anywhere the road takes you.
Driving Made Easier
All three of the different trims available on the all-new Niro Plug-In are loaded with amazing features designed to make driving convenient and hassle free. Available heated and ventilated front seats ensure that you’re never too hot or too cold while you’re on the road, and a customizable sound system will make the driver’s seat in the 2018 Kia Niro Plug-In your new favorite chair. You will also be able to keep an eye on everything from your battery life, to how far you can go before refueling, and even how close the nearest charging station is with the many different technologies that have been put into the Niro Plug-In.
