Kia Best Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Program
The first award that Kia earned is the Best Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Program Award. Specifically, Kia was awarded this honor for the “Popular” category, which excludes luxury brands. Brands that are included in this category must have an overall median MSRP of less than $42,000. When evaluating CPO programs, IntelliChoice evaluates nine specific aspects of each brand’s CPO program. This is the fourth time Kia has earned this award, having previously won in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
Kia Best Used Cost of Ownership
Kia also took home the “Popular” category for the Best Used Cost of Ownership Award as well. This award is given to a manufacturer, or brand, that features strong used vehicle brand value and great CPO sales market penetration. The Kia Soul and Kia Forte Sedan were two standout vehicles identified by IntelliChoice in this category.
Kia Best CPO Warranty Program
Kia dominated in the “Popular” category for the Best CPO Warranty Program Award as well. This is primarily based on Kia’s 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty and its additional 1-year/12,000-mile comprehensive platinum coverage for CPO vehicles.
